Enter Another Vision’s world of „make-believe“: Throughout four songs, they tell stories of what keeps them awake at night. From childhood scares to toxic relationships. Another Vision presents their tales with a well-known dance between analog touch and synthetic glitch. A load of little details keeps us on our toes to dig deeper into the songs and reveal every hidden swoosh within their soundworld. But quick, for their dream, draws to an end when the sun rises.

„In Phase“ tells a story about two strangers in the night. The main question remains open. The story won’t reveal whichever relationship these people are in, but they are in phase for the night.

The laughing ghosts of „Haunt Me“ are opening pandora’s box of fear. When Schmü was a kid, somebody broke into his parent’s place. Since then, there’s been this anxiety about somebody entering a safe space. A cracking floor or any loud gust is enough to keep him awake all night.

The title track, „Make-Believe“, brings up another haunting ghost. Have you ever experienced a relationship where you knew something wasn’t right but couldn’t let go? Then you have probably already experienced the world of make believe Another Vision sings about—a constant up and down in a toxic relationship.

The fulminant finale builds „A Spell“ with its heavily distorted guitars and harshly stroked cymbals, which is unusual for Another Visions sound. It seems like Another Visions confession to this world of „make believe“. Devoured with one’s passion, reality sometimes becomes fragile, and love becomes an abhorred feeling. -There is nothing I can do. The Spell I cannot undo, I still wanna be with you.

OUT NOW – Our first Album: „Inbetween“

The twenties are a decade in-between: between being a grown-up and wanting to
play, between chilling on the sofa after work and all-nighters, between drifting around and finding a focus for your life. And in the last two years also between the pandemic and the future. With their first album, Inbetween, Another Vision capture the rapidly passing changes in their own sound scape. 12 tracks inbetween digital and analog instruments. Embedded in their grainy pop sound, Another Vision reminds us to linger a little longer – for a night, a year or for a lifetime.

The two musicians from Innsbruck met in Vienna – at the beginning they were united by their love for guitar-heavy band music. But this quickly developed into a passion for creating new sounds with digital and analog instruments. The overlapping of digital and analog worlds finds its preliminary climax in Inbetween.
